Eslem Sena Karabulut is a legal trainee who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law with honors. During her time at Ankara University, she participated in various Moot Court Competitions and did summer and winter internships in many institutions. She works in the Intellectual Property and Media Law Department as well as the Privacy Department. She assists with legal documentation and projects, developing comprehensive and effective solutions at every stage of the legal process.

Eslem Sena Karabulut assists to associates in developing reliable, effective and result-oriented solutions to clients through her hard-working character.

Her areas of practice include intellectual property law, media law and privacy law.

• In intellectual property law, she is assisting associates in trademark, patent and design registration procedures as well as copyright matters. In registration processes, she assists associates and clients with the preparation of trademark, patent and design registration applications, and manages the registration procedures. She assists associates in protecting clients’ rights by developing fruitful strategies in matters such as trademark violations, patent breaches, unfair competition, and copyright infringement.
• In the field of media law, she drafts and analyzes the contracts to which production companies and actors are parties and assists her clients in identifying the risks in these contracts and providing legal advice.
