Neris Sena Ceyhan is a legal trainee registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and a graduate of Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law (Class of 2024). She is currently gainingexperience in mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and intellectual property law at SEKA Law Firm. Neris focuses on providing clients with effective and strategic solutions, continuouslydeveloping her skills in these specialized areas of law.
• As a legal trainee, she actively participates in managing litigation processes acrossvarious areas of law, representing clients in both civil and commercial disputes. Shedevelops effective legal strategies to protect her clients’ interests throughout thelitigation process.
• She is gaining significant experience in corporate law, where she advises on companyformations, share transfers, and general assembly procedures. She also assists with thestructuring of corporate entities, ensuring compliance with corporate governancerequirements.
• She supports clients in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, partnershipagreements, and service contracts. In commercial law, she provides solutions to thelegal challenges companies face in their day-to-day operations, offering consultancy toensure their business practices meet legal standards.
